Welcome to MrGreen. These terms and conditions govern your use of our website, our mobile applications and all services offered under the Mr Green brand. By registering an account, making a deposit or otherwise using our platform, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, we ask that you do not use our services.

1. About Our Operator

Our services are provided by Mr Green Limited, a company registered in Malta under registration number C43260, with its registered office at Tagliaferro Business Centre, Level 8, High Street, Sliema SLM 1549, Malta. We are part of the evoke plc group and we operate under licence number MGA/CRP/121/2006, issued by the Malta Gaming Authority. Since our establishment in 2007, we have built our reputation as a trusted name in online gaming, and today our platform serves players across Europe, including Austria, Ireland and the Nordic region, as well as Canada.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To create a Mr Green account, you must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. We do not accept players from Afghanistan, Australia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Burma, Cuba, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Iran, Libya, North Korea, Serbia, Sudan, Syria, the USA, Zimbabwe, or any other jurisdiction where participation in our services would conflict with local law.

When you complete your Mr Green login registration, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information. We may request identity verification documents at any time, and we reserve the right to suspend or close accounts where information provided is false, incomplete or cannot be verified. Only one account per person, household, device, email address, payment account and mobile number is permitted across our MrGreen casino platform.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Currencies

We accept a variety of currencies, including EUR, USD, CAD, NOK, GBP, DKK and SEK. Our minimum deposit is 10 EUR, 10 USD or 10 CAD depending on your chosen method, and our minimum withdrawal is generally 30 EUR or its equivalent, though certain methods allow lower minimums starting from 4 EUR, 5 USD or 6 CAD.

Please note that Paysafecard deposits carry a 3.9% processing fee. We generally process withdrawals back to the same method used for your deposit, though bank transfer is used where the original method does not support payouts.

A withdrawal fee may apply: 1 EUR/USD/CAD for withdrawals up to 100, and 1.5% above that threshold (capped at 10); for NOK, the fee is 10 NOK up to 1,000, and 1.5% above (capped at 100). Where you request several withdrawals within 24 hours, we may combine these into a single payment. Processing times vary depending on your verification status, amount and chosen method, but typically range from a few seconds up to several business days. Cashout times average 3-5 working days, with cards taking up to 8 days, Interac 4-6 days, Apple Pay around 5 days, and e-wallets such as Skrill, NETELLER and PayPal generally processed within 4-5 days after approval.

The minimum qualifying deposit is $10, and the maximum qualifying deposit is $500. Free Spins are valued at $0.10 each, remain valid for 14 days, and winnings from spins are capped at $20 before conversion into bonus money.

Unless stated otherwise, our default wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount within 30 days, and the maximum win from bonus funds is capped at €500 per wager. Different game types contribute differently towards wagering: slots, scratch cards, keno and dice contribute 100%, while table games such as blackjack, roulette and baccarat contribute only 10%. We reserve the right to void winnings obtained through breach of our bonus terms, and any withdrawal request will forfeit outstanding bonus funds.

We do not currently offer a general no deposit bonus as part of our standard welcome package; any Mr Green no deposit bonus promotions, where available, will be governed by their own specific terms published on our promotions page.

6. Loyalty Program

Through our Mr Green Club, you earn points on real-money play across our MrGreen slots and other eligible games; wagers made using bonus funds do not generate points. Your points and bonus points will be forfeited if you do not log in for 90 days. All rewards, free spins and bonuses you accumulate are collected in the My Rewards section of your account, and we encourage you to review this section regularly.
